TASTING NOTES
Complex nose with notes of red fruit (cherry,
strawberry), spices and violet. A tender and
luxurious in mouth feel is accompanied by soft
liquorice tannins.

WINE MAKING
Harvested in late September, the partially
stemmed grapes are transformed traditionally
through stomping, pumping over and fermentation
at 28°C for 3 weeks.

TERROIR
Clay-limestone soil, oceanic influence which
brings the freshness required by this variety to
express its mineral qualities.
